[origin: WO8503228A1] Anti-oestrogen drug of which the active product is comprised of 1 (p- beta -dimethylaminoethoxyphenyl) trans-1-(p-hydroxyphenyl)-2-phenylbut-1-ene, and presented as a gel of the hydroalcoholic type which is percutaneously administrable. The above-mentioned active product may be associated to the progesterone. It is used for the treatment of breast affections, particularly benign cancerous affections of the breast.
