A machine for printing textiles of a particular format, such as carpet tiles, towels or the like, in a continuous process has one or more application units (2), such as rotary printing or spraying units, arranged above a printing plane. Below it, a transport device is guided past, on which carrier masks (8) are arranged to receive one textile piece in each case and which comprises an input station (6) before the application units (2) and an output station (7) after the application units (2). In a machine of this type, the transport device for the carrier masks (8) is now to be designed in such a way that high repeat reliability is always guaranteed. For this purpose, the carrier masks (8) are arranged on the top side of individual, rigid receiving plates (5) which are movable between the input station (6) and the output station (7) on a guide (4) parallel to the printing plane. Eine Maschine zum Drucken von textilen Werkstücken eines bestimmten Formats, wie Teppichfliesen, Handtücher oder dergleichen, im Durchlauf besitzt eines oder mehrere oberhalb einer Druckebene angeordnete Auftragswerke (2), wie Rotationsdruck- oder Sprühwerke. Darunter ist eine Transporteinrichtung vorbeigeführt, an der Mitnehmermasken (8) zur Aufnahme je eines Werkstücks angeordnet sind und die eine Eingabestation (6) vor den Auftragswerken (2) sowie eine Ausgabestation (7) hinter den Auftragswerken (2) umfaßt. Bei einer solchen Maschine soll nun die Transporteinrichtung für die Mitnehmermasken (8) so gestaltet werden, daß stets eine hohe Rapporttreue gewährleistet ist. Dazu sind die Mitnehmermasken (8) an einzelnen, steifen Aufnahmeplatten (5) oberseitig angeordnet, die zwischen der Eingabestation (6) und der Ausgabestation (7) an einer zur Druckebene parallelen Führung (4) bewegbar sind. An der Ausgabestation (7) ist eine erste Hubvorrichtung (9), and der Eingabestation (6) eine zweite Hubvorrichtung (10) und dazwischen eine Rücktransportvorrichtung (11) für die Aufnahmeplatten (5) angeordnet.
