Abstract (en)
The lenses (L1) to be treated are supported by a diaphragm (5) which is subdivided into supporting zones (25, 26). Each supporting zone (25, 26) can be loaded below the diaphragm (5) by a certain air pressure independently of the other supporting zone. For this purpose, a separate passage system (15, 13, 2a, 35 or 12, 11, 20, 21) is allocated to each supporting zone. By assistance in different supporting zones (25, 26) with different supporting pressures, the pressure of a treatment tool can be compensated in such a way that aspherical form errors due to lens deformations caused by the treatment pressure are largely avoided. <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Aufnahmefutter für die Aufnahme von optischen Linsen beim Feinschleifen und Polieren. Zu bearbeitenden Linsen (L1) werden von einer Membrane (5) unterstützt, die in Stützzonen (25, 26) unterteilt ist. Jede Stützzone (25,26) kann unabhängig von der anderen Stützzone unterhalb der Membrane (5) mit einem bestimmten Luftdruck beaufschlagt werden. Zu diesem Zweck ist jeder Stützzone ein eigenes Kanalsystem (15, 13, 2a, 35 bzw. 12, 11, 20, 21) zugeordnet. Durch eine Unterstützung in verschiedenen Stützzonen (25, 26) mit verschiedenen Stützdrücken kann der Druck eines Bearbeitungswerkzeuges so kompensiert werden, daß asphärische Paßfehler durch Linsenverformungen aufgrund des Bearbeitungsdruckes weitgehend vermieden werden.
