The method of manufacturing a prefabricated masonry element is carried out in such a way that the bricks (2) are aligned on a horizontal supporting plate (1; 7) as a horizontal formwork support and the joints (3) are grouted, in which process the supporting plate (1; 7) is joined to the masonry element (12) and can be lifted together with the latter. Furthermore, a masonry element closed on one or both sides by an insulating panel and constructed with a single or multiple bond is specified. For this purpose, the supporting plate (7) is designed such that it is used as a template for alignment of the joint gap of the bricks (2) (Fig. 4). <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines vorgefertigten Mauerwerkelementes wird derart ausgeführt, daß die Mauersteine (2) auf einer horizontalen Trägerplatte (1;7) als Schalträger ausgerichtet und die Fugen (3) mit Mörtel vergossen werden, wobei die Trägerplatte (1;7) mit dem Mauerwerkelement (12) verbunden und mit diesem abhebbar wird. Ferner ist ein ein- oder beidseitig mit einer Dämmstoffplatte abgeschlossenes, mit Einfach- oder Mehrfachverband ausgeführtes Mauerwerkelement angegeben. Dazu ist eine solche Ausbildung der Trägerplatte (7) vorgesehen, bei der diese als Schablone zur Ausrichtung des Fugenabstandes der Mauersteine (2) verwendet wird.
