[origin: US4684770A] A microswitch comprises a compression spring abutting onto an insulating base which supports conducting terminals, the spring exerting indirectly a permanent tension force on flexible lateral arms of a blade pivotably mounted on one of the terminals with its free end being movable between the other terminals. The tension force is exerted via a pivoting point on an oscillating lever guiding an applied control force and sliding on the insulating base by one of its ends which is opposite another of its ends which pivotably mounts the lateral arms of the blade and which applies the tension force of the compression spring thereto.

Le mécanisme du microrupteur comprend un ressort de compression (9) prenant appui sur le socle isolant (11) qui maintient les bornes conductrices (4, 5, 6) du mécanisme, ledit ressort (9) exerçant indirectement un effort permanent de tension des bras latéraux flexibles (73) d'une lame (7) articulée sur l'une (4) desdites bornes dont l'extrémité libre est mobile entre les autres bornes (5, 6) formant des butées de contact opposées, ladite tension s'exerçant par l'intermédiaire d'une articulation sur un levier (8) de renvoi de la force de commande oscillant en appui glissant sur ledit socle isolant par son extrémité opposée (84) à celle où ledit levier (8) s'articule et applique l'effort de tension dudit ressort de compression (9) sur les bras latéraux (73) de ladite lame mobile (7).
