Abstract (en)
The protective cover is intended for a gaming appts. (pin table) comprising a cabinet contg. an inclined rectangular surface with five transverse parallel rows of downwardly reducin reducing members of openings each with an electrical contact. The cabinet further contains a ball launching trigger, means to return balls, beacons, and tracks to return balls to a collecting trough in readiness for launching in the next game. The cover comprises a transparent upwardly flat-domed (acrylic or polycarbonate) member, which is peripherally secured below the upper glass cover panel to the cabinet frame, and a downwardly flat-domed member similarly secured below the playing surface.

On protège un appareil de jeu électronique professionnel contre les tentations de resquillage ainsi que contre l'infiltration de poussière et de bière, à l'aide d'une gaine de protection. Cette gaine comprend de préférence un couvercle transparent (23) résistant aux chocs et, à sa partie inférieure, une cuvette (11).
