Abstract (en)
1. Switch strip which is mountable on a movable part, particularly doors, for the protection of persons and objects, having at least two electrical contact devices disposed along a track (1) and an elastic sheath (4) for protecting the said devices from soiling, each contact device comprising two electrically insulating holders (7 ; 7') and two electrically conductive pins (6, 6'), characterized in that an elastic element (8) is respectively associated with each contact device, that one end of the element is connected to the one holder (7 ;7') and the other end of the element to the other holder (7 ; 7'), that the elastic element (8) is biased for pressing the adjacent ends of the pins (6, 6') against one another, that at least two of the pins disposed longitudinally in succession are kept spaced from the track (1) by means of resilient components (3) and in the non-loaded state substantially parallel thereto, and that the components (3) are so constructed that the pins, under the influence of an external force, are movable towards the track and pivotable at least about axes running at right angles to the longitudinal direction of the track and substantially parallel to the principal plane of the track.

Zwei metallische Bolzen (6), auf die je ein Halter (7) aufgesetzt sind, und eine Schraubenfeder (8) bilden eine Kontaktvorrichtung (2). Mehrere solcher Kontaktvorrichtungen sind hintereinander angeordnet, wobei die Längsachsen der Bolzen (6) in einer im wesentlichen geraden Linie liegen. Die Enden der Schraubenfedern (8) sind fest mit einem zylindrischen Ansatz (10) der Harter (7) verbunden und vorgespannt. Durch diese Vorspannung werden die benachbarten Enden der Bolzen (6) gegeneinandergepresst, wodurch die Bolzen (6) einen Strompfad eines elektrischen Stromkreises (11, 12, 14, 16) bilden. Ueber mehrere Drahtbügel (17) und Halteglieder (22) sind die Kontaktvorrichtungen (2) in allen drei Raumachsen beweglich mit einer Schiene (1) verbunden. Zum Schutz der Kontaktvorrichtungen vor Verschmutzungen sind längs den Seitenflächen der Schiene (1) die Längsränder (6) einer elastischen Hülle (4) befestigt. Wirkt eine äussere Kraft an einer oder mehreren Stellen seitlich und/oder zur Schiene (1) hin auf die Kontaktvorrichtungen ein, so werden mindestens zwei sich zuvor berührende Bolzen (6) zwangsläufig voneinander getrennt, was einen Unterbruch des Strompfades zur Folge hat. Die oben beschriebene Schaltleiste ist sehr robust und betriebssicher bei minimalem Aufwand für deren Unterhalt.
