The plant includes a refrigeration unit (C), a converging yarn guide (11, 12) for each partial yarn, a device (13, 14) for cleaning each of the two yarns and a winding device. Each spinning position has at least one spinning nozzle (7, 8) for at least two partial yarns, and the winding device is preferably comprised of at least two winding units (16, 17).
