[origin: ES8702182A1] Apparatus for continuously brushing and lubricating rolls of rolling mills for rolled flat products without pollution of said products by the lubricant used it can be used in hot or cold rolling, in particular for Al or alloys thereof. An enclosure of general parallelepipedic shape which is open on one face and whose opposite sides which are adjacent to the opening are delimited by a circular arc, the radius of which is substantially equal to that of the roll, is applied thereto by way of a continuous resilient peripheral seal. The enclosure which contains the rotary brushes is lubricated by oil circulation and is under a slight depression.

Cette invention est relative à un dispositif de brossage et de lubrification en continu de cylindres de laminoirs pour produits plats laminés, sans pollution desdits produits par le lubrifiant utilisé; il est utilisable en laminage à chaud ou à froid, en particulier pour celui de l'Al ou de ses alliages. Une enceinte, (4a, 4b) de forme générale parallélépidédique ouverte sur une face et dont les côtés opposés adjacents à l'ouverture sont limités par un arc de cercle dont le rayon est sensiblement égal à celui du cylindre (2a, 2b) est appliquée sur celui-ci par l'intermédiaire d'un joint périphérique (5) continu et élastique. Cette enceinte, qui contient les brosses rotatives (6a, 6b) est lubrifiée par circulation d'huile et est sous légère dépression.
