This unit comprises a rigid transportable framework (10) formed by two horizontal frames, namely an upper frame (12) and a lower frame (14), delimiting the upper perimeter and the lower perimeter of the unit respectively, formed from profiled sections and connected to each other by vertical posts (16, 18, 20, 22) and also composite partition panels (39, 58), accommodated vertically between the profiled sections of the frames and the posts, the said unit thus having a finished appearance both inside and outside vis-à-vis spaces adjacent to it.
