Abstract (en)
The heating boiler casing has a front wall with a closing cover which consists of a cover plate with an internally arranged heat- insulating block which projects into a front wall opening. Between front wall and cover plate, a seal is provided. On the cover plate (1), there is arranged a sealing ridge (3) which tightly surrounds the heat-insulating block on its sides (12) or is additionally sealed off against the heat-insulating block (2). This ridge is placed with its end edge (4) against the seal (7) which is arranged on the front wall (5) and surrounds the front wall opening (6). Apart from the fact that as a result the cover plate is better reinforced and the heat- insulating block is better protected against damage, this design counteracts formation of condensate and heat radiation in this region.

Das Heizkesselgehäuse weist eine Vorderwand mit einem Verschlußdeckel auf, der aus einer Deckelplatte mit innenseitig angeordnetem, in eine Vorderwandöffnung einragendem Wärmedämmblock gebildet ist. Zwischen Vorderwand und Deckelplatte ist eine Abdichtung vorgesehen. An der Deckelplatte (1) ist ein den Wärmedämmblock (2) an seinen Flanken (12) dicht umfassender oder gegen den Wärmedämmblock (2) zusätzlich abgedichteter Dichtsteg (3) angeordnet. Dieser ist mit seinem Endrand (4) gegen die an der Vorderwand (5) angeordnete, die Vorderwandöffnung (6) umgebende Dichtung (7) gelegt. Abgesehen davon, daß dadurch die Deckelplatte besser ausgesteift und der Wärmedämmblock gegen Beschädigungen besser geschützt ist, wird durch diese Ausbildung einer Kondensatbildung und Wärmeabstrahlung in diesem Bereich entgegengewirkt.
