Panel radiator consisting of a flow duct and a return for the feeding and discharge of a heating medium and two heating panels (1.1) connected with each other by a valve casing (11.1) through the two lateral outlets thereof, with a pipe line between them leading to the valve casing (11.1), each heating panel (1.1) consisting of an inner and an outer wall (8/9) provided with impressions in their upper and lower marginal sections and forming a distribution duct and a collector arranged parallely thereto (3/2), connected by connecting ducts (4, 5, 6, etc.) arranged side by side vertically thereto, the collector (2) being connected with the return, characterized in that in each heating panel (1.1) the collector (2) is closed between the second and third connecting ducts (5/6) by one of the impressions (7), so that between the first and second connecting ducts (4/5) a connection area (10) is formed for the valve casing (11.1) which is connected with the flow duct (11) disposed parallely to the connecting ducts.
