In a sheet feeder, in particular for automatic bank-note dispensers, a container (2) is provided for receiving the bundle (16) of bank-notes. The bundle (16) is pressed by a pressure slide (32) against draw-off rollers (28) which engage through a wall (10) of the container (2) into the latter and can remove the front bank-note. The pressure of the bundle (16) against the draw-off rollers (28) is measured; the measured value serves as an actuating variable for controlling a drive motor (36) for the pressure slide (32). <IMAGE>

In einer Blattabzugseinrichtung, insbesondere für Geldscheinausgabeautomaten, ist eine Einsatzkassette (2) zur Aufnahme des Geldscheinpaketes (16) vorgesehen. Das Geldscheinpaket (16) wird durch einen Andruckschlitten (32) gegen Abzugsrollen (28) gedrückt, welche durch eine Stirnwand (10) der Kassette (2) in diese eingreifen und den jeweils vorderen Geldschein abziehen können. Der Andruck des Geldscheinpaketes (16) gegen die Abzugsrollen (28) wird gemessen; der gemessene Wert dient als Steuergröße zur Steuerung eines Antriebsmotors (36) für den Andruckschlitten (32).
