[origin: WO8504374A1] Device for filing documents wherein, in a slot of a support plate, a brocading strip is retained by two foldable brocading tongs which are drivable into holes made in the documents, an insertion slot parallel to the support plate plane being provided inside a slot wall in order to receive the middle part of the brocading strip and being provided with holes for the brocading tongs up to the bearing surface of the support plate. The technical problem concerns the configuration of the filing device which should enable to change the brocading strip inside the surface of the support plate and should provide for the locking thereof without any additional device. A foldable flap (12) is formed inside the support surface (1) facing the insertion slot (9).
