Abstract (en)
A strip-like sheet (S) is slit into a plurality of slit sheets (S min ) by means of cutters (10). The slit sheets (S min ) are distributed to a plurality of winding positions and wound on a winding axle (C) to form a sheet roll (R) thereof on the winding axle (C). A touch roller (1) provided with a driving mechanism (M) is provided in each of the sheet rolls (R) to make it possible for the slit sheet (S min ) to be wound while the supply tension thereof is adjusted immediately before the winding.
