A shaft having heald laths (14, 15) which can be swung out for the healds, in which respect the heald laths are held releasably by their ends in bearing bodies (16, 16a) arranged on the side supports (13) of the shaft, characterised in that the bearing bodies (16, 16a) have a through mounting aperture (18) which is closed around its circumference and has a cross-section adapted to the cross-section (14, 15) of the heald lath for the healds, and at least the bearing bodies (16) arranged on one of the two side supports (13) are provided with apertures (19) or projections for respectively clipping the bearing bodies (16, 16a) onto projections (25) or into recesses of the side supports (13) of the shaft (10).
