Abstract (en)
The spreader (1) is composed of bow-shaped supports (2) and of longitudinal members (3, 4). At least one longitudinal member (3) is arranged on the bow crosspiece (5) of the supports (2). A further longitudinal member (4) is arranged at the end (6) of the bow legs (7) of the supports (2). The spreader (1), laid in a reinforced concrete construction, supports a second reinforcing layer (II) having bottom bars (9), which is thus positioned at a fixed distance from a first reinforcing layer (I) which supports the spreader (1). By forming equally spaced indentations (16) in the longitudinal members (3) on the side of the bow crosspiece, a grid arrangement is produced which permits an accurate local positioning and a provisional fixing of the second reinforcing layer (II) without the need for complicated measurement. <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Der Abstandhalter (1) setzt sich aus bügelförmigen Haltern (2) und aus Längsträgern (3, 4) zusammen. Mindestens ein Längsträger (3) ist an dem Bügelsteg (5) der Halter (2) angeordnet. Ein weiterer Längsträger (4) ist an dem Ende (6) der Bügelschenkel (7) der Halter (2) angeordnet. Auf dem in einer Stahlbeton-Konstruktion verlegten Abstandhalter (1) wird eine zweite Bewehrungslage (II) mit unteren Stäben (9) abgestützt, die dadurch in einem festgelegten Abstand zu einer ersten Bewehrungslage (I), auf der der Abstandhalter (1) abgestützt ist, positioniert ist. Dadurch, dass in den bügelstegseitigen Längsträgern (3) in gleichen Abständen angeordnete Einbuchtungen (16) eingeformt sind, stellen diese eine Rasteranordnung dar, die eine genaue örtliche Anordnung und eine provisorische Fixierung der zweiten Bewehrungslage (II) ohne aufwendiges Einmessen ermöglicht.
