Abstract (en)
A device for stretch-bending elongate material, especially sections (14), tubes and the like, for ship construction, consists of a plate bed (1) with adjustable stop lugs (3) and a pulling carriage (7) which is adjustable transversely to the latter, has a collet chuck (9) with a pulling device (8) for stretching the sections (14) and is mounted in such a way that its running rail (13) lies approximately at the level of the axis of the section in order to avoid tilting moments and unwanted distortions. <IMAGE>

Eine Vorrichtung zum Reckbiegen von strangförmigem Material, insbesondere von Profilen (14), Rohren und dgl. für den Schiffsbau, besteht aus einem Plattenfundament (1) mit verstellbaren Anschlagböcken (3) und einem quer dazu verschiebbaren Zugwagen (7), der eine Spannzange (9) mit einer Zugeinrichtung (8) zum Recken der Profile (14) aufweist und der so gelagert ist, daß seine Laufschiene (13) etwa in Höhe der Profilachse liegt, um Kippmomente und unerwünschte Verspannungen zu vermeiden.
