[origin: ES8605300A1] A device for producing ignitable solids/gas suspensions has a vertical feeder for a solids/prim. gas suspension, surrounded by a concentric secondary gas conduit, and mixing stages for both streams. - The feeder is an expansion chamber (2) with a tangential horizontal inlet pipe (1) for the suspension and is followed by two mixing stages (I,II) in the form of series-connected venturi diffusors. The secondary gas conduit (8) concentrically surrounds the diffuser (5,6,7) of the first mixing stage (I). A gas flame-stabilising burner ring (G) with alternating fuel gas and oxygen nozzles (14,14a) is fitted to the second mixing stage (II) in the region of the diffusor outlet equipped with a cooling chamber (18).

Es wird eine Vorrichtung bereitgestellt zur Erzeugung zündfähiger Feststoff/Gas-Suspensionen mit einer vertikalen Zuführung für die Feststoff/Primärgas-Suspension und einem diese konzentrisch umgebenden Sekundärgaskanal sowie Mischstufe für beide Ströme. Zwecks Verbesserung des Zünd- und Schmelzverhaltens von Feststoff/Gas-Suspensionen in solchen Vorrichtungen ist vorgesehen, daß die Zuführung für die Feststoff/Primärgas-Suspension als Entspannungstopf (2) ausgebildet ist, der eine tangential angeordnete, im wesentlichen horizontal mündende Eintragsleitung (1) für die zugeführte Feststoff/Primärgas-Suspension aufweist, und an den Entspannungstopf (2) anschließend zwei hintereinandergeschaltete, als Venturi-Diffusoren ausgebildete Mischstufen (I, II) angeordnet sind, wobei in der ersten Mischstufe (I) der Sekundärgaskanal (8) den Diffusor (5, 6, 7) konzentrisch umgibt, und in der zweiten Mischstufe (II) im Bereich des mit einer Kühlkammer (18) versehenen Diffusoraustritts ein diesen ringförmig umgebender GasFlammhaltebrenner (G) mit alternierenden Brenngas- und Sauerstoffdüsen (14, 14a) angebracht ist. Die gesamte Brennervorrichtung sitzt auf dem oberen Rand eines vertikalen Brennschachtes (13) auf, welcher in eine horizontale Schmelzzyklonkammer (20) einmündet.
