Abstract (en)
Electromagnetically actuable fuel-injection valve for injection systems of internal combustion engines. This fuel injection valve has a valve casing (1), a nozzle body (10) secured to the latter, a soft- iron core (4) arranged within the valve casing (1) and carrying a fixed magnet winding (3), and an armature (7) situated opposite and coaxially to the said core and forming an air gap. The armature is connected to that end of a valve needle (8) which faces away from the injection side, the said needle being guided in a bore (9) of the nozzle body (10). The armature (7) and the valve needle (8) are a one-piece closure part, the armature region (7) of which is soft-annealed and the valve-needle region (8) of which is at least partially hardened. <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Die Erfindung betrifft ein elektromagnetisch betätigbares Kraftstoffeinspritzventil für Einspritzanlagen von Brennkraftmaschinen. Dieses Kraftstoffeinspritzventil besitzt ein Ventilgehäuse (1), einen hieran befestigten Düsenkörper (10), einen innerhalb des Ventilgehäuses (1) angeordneten, eine feststehende Magnetwicklung (3) tragenden Weicheisenkern (4) und einen diesem gleichachsig und unter Bildung eines Luftspaltes gegenüberstehenden Anker (7). Der Anker ist mit dem der Einspritzseite abgewandten Ende einer in einer Bohrung (9) des Düsenkörpers (10) geführten Ventilnadel (8) verbunden. Anker (7) und Ventilnadel (8) sind ein einteiliges Verschlußteil, dessen Bereich des Ankers (7) weichgeglüht und dessen Bereich der Ventilnadel (8) zumindest teilweise gehärtet ist.
