The connector consists of two half-connectors, one comprising the fixed contacts (2) and the other the movable contacts (11), which can be connected together by means of a snap-locking system (50-150) such that the fixed contacts are associated with the movable contacts with a certain contact pressure. The device comprises means (101-131) making it possible to ensure during the connecting of each connector an automatic positioning of the fixed contacts opposite the movable contacts after the set of movable contacts has undergone a rotation relative to the set of fixed contacts. This rotation ensures a self-cleaning of the contact surfaces. The tenon/mortice system (101-131) also acts as a self-polarising device. <IMAGE>

La présente invention concerne un connecteur sécable, constitué par deux demi-connecteurs comportant l'un des contacts fixes (2), l'autre des contacts mobiles (11) et solidarisables par un systême d'encliquetage (50-150), de façon que les contacts fixes soient associés avec les contacts mobiles avec une certaine pression de contact. Le dispositif comprend des moyens (101-131) permettant d'assurer lors de la solidarisation de chaque connectuer un positionnement automatique des contacts fixes en face des contacts mobiles après que l'ensemble des contacts mobiles ait subit une rotation relative par rapport à l'ensemble des contacts fixes. Cette rotation assurant un auto-nettoyage des surfaces de contact. L'ensemble tenon/mortaise (101-131) assure également la fonction d'un dispositif d'auto-détrompage.
