[origin: ES8609454A1] A process for the production of a granular, free-flowing detergent composition which is rapidly soluble in water, and the product thereof which has a bulk density of at least 600 g/l and a particle size of 0.1-2 mm, wherein an aqueous slurry of the composition ingredients is continuously homogenized to yield a viscosity of 4,000 to 20,000 mPa.s and heated to a temperature of 85 DEG -105 DEG C. The homogenized heated slurry is then sprayed in a drying tower through nozzles having a bore diameter of 2.5-5 mm under a pressure of 20-45 bar. The slurry and resulting product contain 10-28% alkoxylated nonionic surfactant, 40-80% inorganic carrier and 0.5-10% organic washing auxiliary.

Zur kontinuierlichen Herstellung von körnigen, freifließenden Waschmitteln bzw. Waschmittelkomponenten, die ein Schüttgewicht von wenigstens 600 g/l aufweisen und 10 bis 28 Gew.% an alkoxylierten nichtionischen Tensiden enthalten, werden im kontinuierlichen Ansatzverfahren die nichtionischen Tenside (a) mit anorganischen Trägersalzen (b) und organischen Waschhilfsstoffen (c) unter Zusatz von Wasser zu einem Brei homogenisiert, der eine Viskosität von 4 000 bis 20 000 mPas bei 85° bis 105° C aufweist. Der Brei wird unter Einhaltung möglichst kurzer Verweilzeiten bei einem Druck von 20 bis 45 bar mittels Düsen, die einen Öffnungs-Durchmesser von 2,5 bis 5 mm aufweisen, in einen Trockenturm versprüht. Das Verhältnis von Druck am Düseneingang zu Durchmesser der Düsenöffnung soll 4 bis 18 bar/mm betragen. Die Sprühprodukte enthalten 10 bis 28 Gew.% an (a), 40 bis 80 Gew.% an (b), 0,5 bis 10 Gew.% an (c), 1o bis 2o Gew.% Wasser und weniger als 0,5 Gew.% an anionischen Tensiden.
