1. Method for producing a one-piece guttering corner (7, 16) provided with rolled parts (8, 9, 17, 18) and water folds (13, 14, 22, 23) and intended for connecting trough-shaped guttering, and provided with arc-shaped side walls in the corner region of the guttering corner elements (10, 11, 19, 20), a five-cornered non-ferrous metal sheet, in particular a zinc sheet, being deep-drawn, the plane of symmetry (3) of which sheet is perpendicular to the direction of rolling and the four sides (4, 4', 5, 5') of which, two of which in each case are of the same length, rund diagonally to the direction of rolling and one side (6) of which runs parallel to the direction of rolling, the direction of shaping of the corresponding sheet sections running diagonally to the direction of rolling of the sheet (2), the rolled parts (8, 9, 17, 18) and the water folds (13, 14, 22, 23) being formed in rectilinear manner on the guttering corner elements (10, 11, 19, 20) by bending and the rolled parts (8, 9, 17, 18) which abut each other at an acute angle in the corner region change into the arc-shaped edge of the guttering corner (7, 16), forming a triangular recess (12), and the transverse edges of the water folds (13, 14, 22, 23) in the corner region change into a crescent-shaped intermediate element (15) formed on the outside.

Kastenrinnenwinkel für die Verbindung von kastenförmigen Hängedachrinnen werden aus zwei unter Gehrung gegeneinander stoßenden Kastenrinnenstücken, die durch Löten oder Schweißen miteinander verbunden sind, gefertigt. Zur Herstellung eines einteiligen Kastenrinnenwinkels wird ein fünfeckiger Blechzuschnitt mit senkrecht. Zur Walzrichtung des Blechs liegender Symmetrieebene sowie vier diagonal und einer parallel zur Walzrichtung verlaufenden Seiten aus einem Stück im Tiefzug zum Kastenrinnenwinkel umgeformt wird.
