Abstract (en)
A device for winding wire or thin steel strip of high coil weights into a reel cage rotating about a vertical axis. Because the winding of high coil weights results in very high coils which frequently fall apart when lifted out of the cage and transferred onto a transport pallet, the present invention has set itself the object of providing a device which avoids the lifting out and transportation problem associated with the high coils. The invention consists in the pallet (5) for onward transport of the coils being inserted into the reel cage and coupled to the latter. <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zum Wickeln von Draht- oder Freinstahlbunden hoher Bundgewichte in einen um eine senkrechte Achse rotierenden Haspelkorb. Weil das Wickeln hoher Bundgewichte sehr hohe Bunde ergibt, die beim Ausheben aus dem Haspel und Übergeben auf eine Transportpalette häufig auseinanderfallen, hat sich die vorliegende Erfindung zur Aufgabe gestellt, eine Vorrichtung zu schaffen, die das Ausheben und Abtransportproblem der hohen Bunde verhindert. Die Erfindung besteht darin, daß die Palette (5) zum Weitertransport der Bunde in den Haspelkorb eingesetzt und mit diesem gekoppelt wird.
