In a watch constructed, in particular, as a wrist watch, which has a holder into which the watch housing can be inserted, it is provided that the watch housing can be slid and/or swivelled into the holder from the open side when the holder is open on one side at its circumference, whereupon the parts are to be locked to one another. To release this locking which is necessary for being able to take the watch housing from the holder, one of the pushbuttons existing in any case for controlling the clockwork functions is additionally assigned the task of unlocking the locking by being constructed as release device for securing and blocking elements. <IMAGE>

Bei einer insbesondere als Armbanduhr ausgebildeten Uhr, die eine Halterung besitzt, in die das Uhrengehäuse einsetzbar ist, ist vorgesehen, daß das Uhrengehäuse bei am Umfang einseitig offener Halterung von der offenen Seite her in die Halterung einschiebbar und/oder einschwenkbar ist, worauf die Teile zueinander arretiert werden sollten. Zur Lösung dieser Arretierung, die erforderlich ist, um das Uhrengehäuse aus der Halterung herausnehmen zu können, wird einer der für die Steuerung von Uhrwerksfunktionen ohnehin vorhandenen Drucktasten zusätzlich die Aufgabe der Entriegelung der Arretierung zugewiesen, indem sie als Ausrückeinrichtung für Sicherungs- und Sperrelemente ausgebildet wird.
