The frictional pairing of plastic and metal guarantees a low-friction reciprocating motion of the supporting stirrup within the limitations imposed by the design, the annular segment (7) sliding on a sliding surface (9) within the housing (2). A supporting stirrup (14) of any desired design is attached by a nut (13) to the screw (12) which is passed through an aperture (11) in the housing (2) and connected to the annular segment (7). <IMAGE>
