Process and device for drying textile materials in the form of yarn spools, a first drying stage being carried out by throughflow drying and a second drying stage by HF drying. In this connection, the HF drying takes place as "radial" drying by means of an HF field which penetrates the spools radially from inside to outside. The HF drying is in this connection to be carried out subsequent to the throughflow drying, without the yarn spools being separated beforehand, thus preserving their arrangement on the textile material support used for the throughflow drying, which is as a unit, if at all necessary, transferred into another textile material container. <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Verfahren und Vorrichtung zum Trocknen von Textilgut in Form von Garnspulen, wobei ein erster Trocknungsschritt im Wege der Durchströmungstrocknung und ein zweiter Trocknungsschritt im Wege der HF-Trocknung ausgeführt werden. Dabei erfolgt die HF-Trocknung als «radiale» Trocknung mittels eines HF-Feldes, das die Spulen von innen nach außen radial durchdringt. Die HF-Trocknung ist dabei im Anschluß an die Durchströmungstrocknung durchzuführen, ohne daß die Garnspulen zuvor vereinzelt werden, also unter Aufrechterhaltung ihrer Anordnung an den zur Durchströmungstrocknung verwendeten Textilgutträger, der insgesamt, wenn überhaupt notwendig, in einen anderen Textilgutbehälter umgesetzt wird.
