1. A process for the preparation of a carriageway surfacing material from the material recovered when the top layers of carriageways are cold-milled, characterized in that a predetermined amount of an aqueous, organic or aqueous-organic liquid composition is incorporated into the milled material during the milling operation, said amount being calculated so that a material with the optimum content of compaction liquid is obtained in one operation.

Dans un procédé de fraisage à froid des couches superficielles du revêtement de chaussées dans lequel le matériau fraisé est récupéré en vue de sa réutilisation, on incorpore audit matériau fraisé une composition liquide en quantité prédéterminée, ladite quantité étant calculée pour obtenir, en une seule opération, un matériau à teneur en liquide de compactage optimale. Le matériau résultant peut être utilisé comme couche de fondation, de réglage ou comme couche d'usure de chaussées.
