The ski boot has a sleeve (3) which is displaceable downwards against spring force on a shaft part designed as a tongue (1), the displaceability being capable of modification by means of an adjustment device (17). Die Erfindung betrifft einen Skischuh mit einer Manschette (3), die auf einem als Zunge (1) ausgebildeten Schaftteil gegen Federkraft nach unten verschiebbar ist, wobei die Verschiebbarkeit mittels einer Einstellvorrichtung (17) veränderbar ist. Auf diese Weise läßt sich die Vorlagedämpfung des Skischuhes mit einem einzigen Handgriff verändern.
