The folding box (1), in particular made of cardboard, consists of a folding box blank (51) and a blank (61) forming an inner lining and connected to the folding box blank (51), the blank (61) forming the inner lining being offset in relation to the folding box blank (51), and the edge portions (52, 54) and edge regions (62, 63) of the blanks (51, 61) being connected to one another in each case in the overlapping region. The underlying object of the invention is to develop the folding box (1) in such a way that it can be produced more easily. This object is achieved in that the overlapping of the edge regions (62, 63) of the blank (61) forming the inner lining starts from the folding line (53) of the outlying edge portion (54) and is arranged in the circumferential direction next to the overlapping of the edge portions. Furthermore, an alternative solution and several methods for producing the folding boxes according to the invention were specified. <IMAGE>

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Faltschachtel (1), insbesondere aus Karton, bestehenden aus einem Faltschachtelzuschnitt (51) und einem mit dem Faltschachtelzuschnitt (51) verbundenen Innenfutterzuschnitt (61), wobei der Innenfutterzuschnitt (61) gegenüber dem Faltschachtelzuschnitt (51) versetzt ist, und wobei jeweils die Randabschnitte (52,54) und Randbereiche (62, 63) der Zuschnitte (51, 61) im Überlappungsbereich miteinander verbunden sind. Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, die Faltschachtel (1) so weiterzubilden, daß sie leichter hergestellt werden kann. Diese Aufgabe wird dadurch gelöst, daß die Überlappung der Randbereiche (62, 63) des Innenfutterzuschnitts (61) von der Falzlinie (53) des außenliegenden Randabschnitts (54) ausgeht, und in der Umfangsrichtung neben der Überlappung der Randabschnitte angeordnet ist. Darüberhinaus wurden eine Alternativlösung und mehrere Verfahren zur Herstellung der erfindungsgemäßen Faltschachteln angegeben.
