The invention relates to a metal section (24) for a door frame for the encasing of permanently installed door frames needing renovation and to a door frame comprising a metal section (24) of this type. Such a door frame and such a metal section will allow the possibility of facing old door frames needing renovation as simply and as quickly as possible by the use of largely prefabricated parts. For this, according to the invention, the metal section (24) is so designed that it possesses, on a base plate (25), a first longitudinal groove (28) limited by two legs (26, 27) and intended for receiving a frame end board (6) and a second longitudinal groove (31) opening offset at 180 DEG relative to the first longitudinal groove (28), limited by two legs (29, 30) and intended for receiving a sealing profile, the respective outer legs (26, 29) of the first and second grooves (28) and (31) being aligned with one another. Adjoining the opposite free edge of the base plate (25) is an L-shaped extension (33) which is formed from two legs (34, 35') and one leg (34) of which is perpendicular to the base plate (25) and, together with the inner leg (30) of the second longitudinal groove (31), forms a third longitudinal groove (35) for receiving an angular extension (17) of a lateral frame board (7), and the free leg (35') of which extends parallel to the base plate (25) away from this as a bearing surface for the lateral frame board (7). <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Metallprofil (24) für eine Türzarge zur Ummantelung renovierungsbedürftiger, fest eingebauter Türzargen und eine Türzarge umfassend ein derartiges Metallprofil (24). Eine derartige Türzarge bzw. ein solches Metallprofil sollen es ermöglichen, alte, renovierungsbedürftige Türzargen möglichst einfach und schnell unter Verwendung weitgehend vorgefertigter Teile verkleiden zu können. Hierzu ist erfindungsgemäß das Metallprofil (24) so ausgebildet. daß das Metallprofil an einer Grundplatte (25) eine erste durch zwei Schenkel (26, 27) begrenzte ängsnut (28) zur Aufnahme eines Zargenstirnbrettes (6) und ein zweite, sich um 180° versetzt zur ersten Längsnut (28) öffnende, durch zwei Schenkel (29 30) begrenzte Längsnut (31) zur Aufnahme eines Dichtungsprofils aufweist, wobei die jeweils äußeren Schenkel (26, 29) der ersten und zweiten Nut (28) bzw. (31) fluchten, und daß an der gegenüberliegenden freien Kante der Grundplatee (25) sich ein aus zwei Schenkeln (34, 35') gebildeter, L-förmiger Ansatz (33) anschließt, dessen einer Schenkel (34) senkrecht zur Grundplatte (25) liegt und zusammen mit dem inneren Schenkel (30) der zweiten Längsnut (31) eine dritte Längsnut (35) zur Aufnahme eines Winkelansatzes (17) eines seitlichen Zargenbrettes (7) bildet, und dessen freier Schenkel (35') sich parallel zur Grundplatte (25) von dieser weg als Anlagefläche für das Zargenseitenbrett (7) erstreckt.
