1. Method for filling prefabricated, relatively rigid containers (1) with filling material (2) with the replacement of a first gas, e.g. air, by a second gas, for example an inert gas, a filling device (3) which dispenses the filling material (2) being lowered at the beginning of the filling procedure as far as the base (4) of the container (1) and being raised during the filling procedure, and the second gas being introduced simultaneously with the filling material into the container, characterized in that, at the beginning of the procedure for filling with powdered filling material (2), a displacement body (5, 5') is introduced into the container (1), the cross section of which is matched to the cross section of the container (1) and which is raised during the filling procedure.
Abstract (de)
Beim Füllen von Dosen (1) mit pulverförmigem Gut (2), wird die Luft in der Dose durch das Füllgut und das zusammen mit dem Füllgut eingebrachte inerte Gas verdrängt, wozu der Füllvorgang so durchgeführt wird, daß zunächst die Ausmündung der Füllvorrichtung (3) in die Dose eingesenkt ist und während des Füllens nach oben aus der Dose herausgezogen wird. Ein Verdrängungskörper (5) trennt das Füllgut (2) mit dem eingebrachten Gas von der Umgebungsluft. Es läßt sich ein schnelles Arbeiten bei mäßigem Gasverbrauch erreichen, ohne daß eine Vakuumapparatur notwendig wäre.
