Method in which, after shutting off the valves V1 and V2, the pressure in the pipe section 2 between the valves is monitored. If there is a pressure drop in the pipe section 2, it is only possible to conclude that there is a leak in the valve V2 of the gas removal line 3. According to the invention, a leakage in the valve V1 in the gas feed line is detected if the pipe section between the valves V1 and V2 is reduced to a specified value between the pressure in the gas feed line and the pressure in the gas removal line. If the pressure in the pipe section 2 rises above the specified pressure after shutting off the valves, there is a leakage in the valve of the gas feed line 1. <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Dichtigkeitsprüfung zweier Absperrventile in einer gasdurchströmten Leitung, wobei nach Absperren der Ventile V1 und V2 der Druck in dem Leitungsabschnitt 2 zwischen den Ventilen überwacht wird. Bei einem Druckabfall im Leitungsabschnitt 2 kann lediglich die Aussage getroffen werden, dass das Ventil V2 der gasabführenden Leitung 3 undicht ist. Eine Undichtigkeit des Ventils V1 in der gaszuführenden Leitung wird erfindungsgemäss dann festgestellt, wenn der Leitungsabschnitt zwischen den Ventilen V1 und V2 auf einen vorgebbaren Wert zwischen dem Druck in der gaszuführenden Leitung und dem Druck in der gasabführenden Leitung gesenkt wird. Steigt nach einem Absperren der Ventile der Druck im Leitungsabschnitt 2 über den vorgegebenen Druckwert an, dann liegt eine Undichtigkeit des Ventils der gaszuführenden Leitung 1 vor.
