[origin: EP0184979A2] The subject of the invention is a method and a device for sorting injection-moulded parts (9) and their runners (10) which have considerably larger dimensions that the injection-moulded parts (9). The injection-moulded parts (9) and the runners (10) drop onto a bar grate (11) after the injection moulds (6) are opened. Due to the selected bar thicknesses of the bar grate (11), the injection-moulded parts (9) can pass and the runners (10) are fed by a compressed-air pulse generated by a pneumatic control circuit via a discharge channel (5) to a comminution device (20) and conveyed back as a granulate of predetermined granule size to the input side of the injection-moulding machine (6). <IMAGE>
