Stacking device for flat individual products made of paper, cellulose, cotton or the like, comprising a conveyer belt (1, 2) on which the products (A), deposited at intervals, are supplied and conveyed to an expeller (4, 5) arranged above the conveyer belt and operating in vertical direction for pushing the products, through the conveyer belt, onto a downwardly movable supporting plate (3), whereby the conveyer belt, at least in the range of the expeller, consists of separate belts running parallel to one another and being arranged in such a way that the products (A) are grasped in narrow marginal zones, and whereby the expeller comprises a vertically movable lifting frame (4) sliding in guide rods (6), at least one push-out plate (5) being arranged at the lower end of said lifting frame, and the lifting frame being adapted to be elevated, against the force of a compression spring, by a cam (10, 11) secured to a drive shaft, said expeller further comprising a locking device including a control disc (16, 17) the circumference of which comprises two angle portions having radii of different length whereby a stop member (14, 15) is arranged at the lifting frame (4) and guided on the circumference of the control disc in such a way that, depending on the relative position of the latter, the lifting frame is either retained in its raised position or released, characterized in that, for lifting the lifting frame (4), at least two cams (10, 11) are associated with the push-out plate (5), said cams being arranged in longitudinal direction of the conveyor belt (1, 2) one after the other and being synchronuously driven, whereby the revolutionary speed of said cams corresponds to an integral multiple n > 1 of the required number of strokes of the lifting frame (4), and that the locking device (16, 17) is preselected in such a way that the lifting frame (4), at least during the first n - 1 revolutions of the cams (10, 11), is retained in the raised position and, thereafter, is released for a predetermined period of time.
