The closure has a housing (G) which can be inserted into the bottle neck (2), in which housing a closure body can be displaced dependent on the force of gravity when the bottle (3) or the like is turned from a closing position lying more towards the inside of the bottle neck to an opening position lying more towards the outside of the bottle neck. A dome (18) starts from a bottom (17) of the can-shaped housing (G), the upper portion of which dome, lying above lateral outflow openings (19), forms a guide (20) for the pin (23) of a closure valve plate (24), to which there is assigned a valve seat surface (26) lying below the outflow openings (19) in the bottom of the can-shaped housing. To achieve an improved design against misuse, it is proposed that the radially directed outflow openings (19) are covered by a shield (38), the edge (38') of which ends with slight spacing in front of the inside wall of the housing (G). <IMAGE>

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Verschluß für Flaschen oder dergleichen, mit in den Flaschenhals (2) einsetzbarem Gehäuse (G), in welchem ein Verschlußkörper schwerkraftabhängig vom Umwenden der Flasche (3) oder dergleichen aus einer mehr flaschenhalseinwärts liegenden Schließstellung in eine mehr flaschenhalsauswärts liegende Öffnungsstellung verlagerbar ist, und bei welchem von einem Boden (17) des topfförmigen Gehäuses (G) ein Dom (18) ausgeht, dessen oberer, oberhalb seitlicher Ausflußöffnungen (19) liegender Abschnitt eine Führung (20) für den Zapfen (23) eines Verschlußventiltellers (24) bildet, welchem eine unterhalb der Ausflußöffnungen (19) liegende Ventilsitzfläche (26) im Boden des topfförmigen Gehäuses zugeordnet ist, und schlägt zur Erzielung einer verbesserten Ausgestaltung gegen Mißbrauch vor, daß die radial gerichteten Ausflußöffnungen (19) von einem Schild (38) überfangen sind, dessen Rand (38') in geringem Abstand vor der Innenwand des Gehäuses (G) endet.
