[origin: WO8503487A1] Packaging machine (1) with an evacuation and sealing station (3) for welding what is called monofoils (6, 9) with a permanently heatable welding element. In order to prevent the monofoil from being destroyed by contact with the permanently heated welding element, there is provided a control (36) to create inside a chamber a differential pressure between the pressure on top of the upper foil and the pressure under the latter, so that the upper foil, during and after contacting with the welding element (13), remains stretched on the product and the lower foil. It is only after a cooling phase that the difference of pressure is supressed so that the package with the foil then restabilized may be removed and taken away.

Emballeuse (1) avec une station d'évacuation et de scellement (3) pour souder ce que l'on appelle des monofeuilles (6, 9) avec un élément de soudage chauffable en permanence. Afin que la monofeuille ne soit pas détruite par le contact avec l'élément de soudage chauffé en permanence, on prévoit une commande (36) telle qu'elle crée à l'intérieur de la chambre une pression différentielle entre la pression au-dessus de la feuille supérieure et au-dessous de celle-ci, si bien que la feuille supérieure, pendant et après la mise en contact avec l'élément de soudage (13), reste tendue sur le produit et la feuille inférieure. Ce n'est qu'après une phase de refroidissement qu'est supprimée la différence de pression, de telle manière que l'emballage avec la feuille alors restabilisée peut être enlevé et emmené.
