[origin: US4690567A] The connection arrangement of this invention includes one or several sets of electrical contacts, respectively within the case of an electronic appliance and the bracelet thereof. These contacts are separable by virtue of being associated with elastic latching means. Moreover they are surrounded by a complementary abutment surfaces which protect them from all damaging influence coming from the exterior (in particular that resulting from corrosive substances which may be exuded by the wrist). These surfaces are firmly applied to one another by the latching force of the contacts. The invention may be applied in particular to any timepiece having a bracelet.

Ce dispositif de jonction comporte un ou plusieurs jeux de contacts électriques (3, 4) l'un placé dans le boîtier (B) du dispositif électronique et l'autre dans le bracelet (BR). Ces contacts sont séparables grâce au fait qu'ils sont associés à des moyens d'encliquetage élastiques. En outre, ils sont entourés de surfaces de butée complémentaires (30, 31) qui les protègent contre toute influence néfaste pouvant venir de l'extérieur (notamment celles résultant des substances corrosives pouvant être dégagées par le poignet). Ces surfaces sont appliquées fermement l'une sur l'autre notamment par la force d'encliquetage des contacts. Application notamment à toute pièce d'horlogerie pourvue d'un bracelet.
