Abstract (en)

Prints and pad-dyeings with reactive dyes which, for example owing to their molecular size, require a long fixing time on cellulose fibre material cannot be fixed to the full depth shade by the conventional two-phase steaming process. The hitherto unknown combination of minimum add-on systems by means of rolls or draw bars for the fixing alkali and fixing the dyes in a festoon ager eliminates the existing defects.

Drucke bzw. Klotzfärbungen mit solchen Reaktivfarbstoffen, welche z.B. aufgrund ihrer Molekülgröße eine lange Fixierzeit auf Cellulosefasermaterial benötigen, lassen sich nach den in der Praxis eingeführten Zweiphasen-Dämpf-Verfahren nicht in der vollen Farbtiefe fixieren. Durch die bisher unbekannte Kombination von Minimal-Auftragssystemen mittels Walzen oder Rakeln für das Fixieralkali und Fixierung der Farbstoffe in einem Hängeschleifendämpfer werden die bestehenden Mängel ausgeräumt.
