Disclosed is a system for continuously manufacturing and refining the surface of plate webs made from fleece, with at least one of the elements (10, 11) forming the pressing gap and being temperature regulated during operation having allocated to it means (28, 29) for applying paint and varnish. Furthermore, at least one stamping and/or profiling device may be provided for the plate web having cover layer particles pretreated with or without colour pigment, whereby an extremely large variety of possibilities for designing high quality plate surfaces is produced. <IMAGE>

Es wird eine Anlage zum kontinuierlichen Herstellen und Oberflächenveredeln von aus Vliesen gefertigten Plattenbahnen beschrieben, wobei wenigstens einem der den Preßspalt bildenden, im Betrieb temperierten Organe (10, 11) eine Auftragsvorrichtung (28, 29) für Lack und Farbe zugeordnet ist. Ferner kann zumindest eine Präge- und/oder Profilierungseinrichtung für die mit oder ohne Farbstoff vorbehandelte Deckschichtteilchen aufweisende Plattenbahn vorgesehen sein, wodurch eine überaus große Vielfalt an Möglichkeiten der Gestaltung hochwertiger Plattenoberflächen geschaffen wird.
