Abstract (en)
A fan impeller consists of subsections having the shape of sectors of an annulus, each subsection consisting of a hub portion (2), at least one rotor blade (4a) and a casing portion (5). These subsections are connected by at least one encircling, self-contained ring (10, 13, 14). The ring is preferably designed as a flanged ring which engages around webs (9, 11, 12) integrally formed on the hub or casing portions, or as a shroud ring. A plastic ring produced by moulding around the projecting webs can also be used. <IMAGE>

Ein Lüfterrad besteht aus kreisringsektorartigen Teilstücken, wobei jedes Teilstück aus einem Nabenabschnitt (2), wenigstens einer Laufschaufel (4a) und einem Mantelabschnitt (5) besteht. Diese Teilstücke sind durch mindestens einen umlaufenden, in sich geschlossenen Ring (10, 13, 14) verbunden. Der Ring ist vorzugsweise als Bördelring ausgeführt, der an den Naben- oder Mantelabschnitten angeformte Stege (9, 11, 12) umgreift, oder als Bandage. Auch ein durch Umspritzen der vorspringenden Stege hergestellter Kunststoffring findet Verwendung.
