[origin: EP0189126A2] The container is designed to be lived in and has at least one opening providing access to its interior. It is combined with at least one further container to form a container system. At least two containers of the container system have openings corresponding to each other, which potentially have the size of a complete container wall. At least one of the containers combined in the container system has a further entrance opening to provide access to the container system. The containers within the system may be connected with each other in the vertical direction and only potentially connected with each other in the horizontal direction. Between the individual containers, fire proofing means may be provided.
