In such terminal boards, as are used especially for apparatuses in explosion-protected designs, the requirement exists to be able to connect the mains conductor with and without a cable shoe and the winding lead with a cable shoe, incorrect connection protection being ensured when connections are made with cable shoes. To this end, a terminal piece (3) is proposed which surrounds the connecting bolt (2) as a hollow-cylindrical part (31). The function of the connection without a cable shoe is carried out by a projection (32), which is connected to the hollow-cylindrical part (31) and is fitted with one or two threaded holes (33).
