A spring curtain is arranged in the fan frame, between the radiator and the fan, and isolates the noise damper of the radiator, except when the engine reaches high operating temperatures, which prevents the radiator from absorbing power and the engine from being directly air cooled, thus reducing the prewarming time of the engine.
