1. An apparatus (1) having a hydraulic drilling hammer with a rotating mechanism (6) for the percussion drilling of holes in rock, using drilling rods (10) which have at their ends a screwthreading (11) and flats (13) to be engaged by a spanner and can be seized by an adapted (8) on the rotating mechanism and connected via screwthreaded sleeves (15) to form a drilling column, the screwthreaded sleeves (15) being retainable by a clamping device (20), each second drilling rod, viewed from above, being seizable at its top spanner flats (13) by a spanner (21) which can be moved in a constrained guide by a hydraulic cylinder (23) and being rotatable through an acute angle, the hydraulic motor (7) of the rotating mechanism (6) being connected to a main pump (37) and to an auxiliary pump (41), characterized in that the chamber (35a) of the hydraulic cylinder (35) provided for the movement of the spanner (21) in the direction of the spanner flats (13) is connected, referred to the auxiliary pump (41), to the output of the hydraulic motor (7) of the rotating mechanism (6).
Abstract (de)
Bei der vorliegenden Vorrichtung (1) wird der Schlüssel (21) zum Festhalten des Zweikants (12) einer Bohrstange (10) von einem Hydraulikzylinder (35) angetrieben, der an den Ausgang des Drehmotors (7) angeschlossen ist. Der Schlüssel (21) wird mit geringer Kraft auf den Zweikant (12) aufgeschoben. Dadurch wird die Bohrstange (10) und damit der Drehmotor (7) blockiert: der Durchfluß des Hydraulikmediums wird unterbunden und der Schlüssel (21) verbleibt bis zum Ausüben einer separat eingeleiteten kräftigen Drehbewegung zum Anlösen der Gewindeverbindung (11) zwischen der Muffe (15) und der Bohrstange (10) in seiner Lage. Durch einen Druckspeicher (61) und Rückschlagventile (57, 62) bleibt der Druck im Hydraulikzylinder (35) bis zum separat eingeleiteten Zurückziehen des Schlüssels erhalten.
