A coupling arrangement in particular for a drill or strike hammer or a similar electrically powered (hand) tool comprises an actuating sleeve (42) axially slideable on a counter shaft (22) via an external force, said actuating sleeve (42) in turn bearing eccentrically, in guiding openings, driving pins (43, 44) which are axially slidable within the sleeve itself. An annular spring (71) arranged in an annular groove (72) or actuating sleeve (42) axially urges the driving pins (43, 44) towards an engaged operating condition with a counter gear (41), while during the engaging process in a "tooth-on-tooth" condition the annular spring will retract and enable the actuating sleeve to move into the coupling end position and keep the driving pins in a preparative engagement position. <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Eine Kupplungsmechanik, insbesondere für einen Bohr- oder Schlaghammer oder ein ähnliches Elektro(hand)werkzeug umfaßt eine auf einer Vorgelegewelle (22) axial durch Einwirkung von außen verschiebbare Stellhülse (42) die außermittig wiederum in ihr selbst axial verschiebbare Mitnahmezapfen (43, 44) in Führungsbohrungen lagert. Eine in einer Ringnut (72) oder Stellhülse (42) angeordnete Ringfeder (71) übt auf die Mitnahmezapfen (43, 44) eine axial wirkende Federvorspannung aus in Richtung auf einen eingekuppelten Betriebszustand mit einem Gegenzahnrad (41), wobei während des Einkuppelvorgangs dann, wenn "Zahn-auf-Zahn" steht, ein Zurückweichen der Ringfeder das Einfahren der Stellhülse in die Kupplungsendposition ermöglicht und die Mitnahmezapfen in einer Einkuppel-Vorbereitungsposition hält.
