[origin: EP0189812A2] A fastener for a window or door shutter consists of a twistable fastening bar (2) which bears at its ends fastening claws (3) interacting with a respective fastening pin (4) on the casing side, and of a rotating lock for the fastening bar (2) having a locking member actuated by a locking spring (13).
