Abstract (en)
The invention relates to a portable machine permitting clamping of concrete-reinforcing bars with the aid of a twisted iron wire. In accordance with the invention, the wire (F), due to its position in the machine, itself controls the sequence of binding operations, the first of which is obtained by a withdrawal of the wire applying the concrete-reinforcing bars against a support plane X-X of the machine, the tightening, cutting and twisting of the wire taking place subsequently. The invention is of interest to the building industry and, more especially, to manufacturers of metal reinforcements. <IMAGE>

L'invention se rapporte à une machine portable permettant le serrage des fers à béton à l'aide d'un fil de fer torsadé. Conformément à l'invention le fil (F), de par sa position dans la machine, commande, lui-même, la successjon des opérations de ligature dont la première est obtenue par une rétrogression du fil venant appliquer les fers à béton contre un plan d'appui X-X de la machine, la tension, la coupe et la torsade du fil intervenant ensuite. L'invention intéresse l'industrie du bâtiment et plus spécialement, les fabricants d'armatures métalliques.
