[origin: WO8600901A1] The compound 6-chloro-9-[[2-benzyloxy-1-(benzyloxy-methyl) ethoxy]methyl] guanine of formula (I) exerts an immunoregulatory effect on mammals, by apparently reducing the cytotoxic activity of splenic lymphocytes and altering the T suppressor/T cytotoxic lymphocyte and NK cell sub-populations.

Le composé 6-chloro-9- AD AD2-benzyloxy-1-(benzyloxy-méthyle)éthoxy BDméthyle BDguanine ayant la formule (I), exerce une action immunorégulatrice sur les mammifères, en réduisant apparemment l'activité cytotoxique des lymphocytes sphériques et en modifiant les sous-populations des lymphocytes T-suppresseurs/T-cytotoxiques et des cellules NK.
