1. A device for producing folded products having a inner part (1) consisting of strand sections (1a, 1b and, respectively, 2a and 2b) and an outer part (2) differing therefrom in color etc., comprising a receiving cylinder (7), which is provided with folding blades (13) cooperating the folding jaws (14) of a folding jaw cylinder (15) and with power operated grippers (12) holding the sections deposited thereon, and which is engaged by a belt guide (3) supplying the strand sections (2a and 2b) forming the outer part (2), placed upstream from the folding jaw cylinder (15) and trained around the front peripheral section (5) and is furthermore engaged by a belt guide which supplies the strand sections (1a and 1b) forming the inner part (1), is arranged upstream form the upstream peripheral section (5) and is trained around the downstream peripheral section (6), characterized in that in the vicinity of the upstream belt guide (3) guiding the strand sections (2a and 2b) forming the outer part (2) there is a collect cylinder (19) running synchronously with the receiving cylinder (7), such collect cylinder (19) having a belt length (3b) of the associated belt guide (3) partly trained around it and at its position the other belt length (3a) of the associated belt guide (3) is interrupted and which is provided with power operated grippers (20) holding the strand sections (2a and 2b) supplied to it, and with power operated lifting lugs (21) associated therewith, and in that there is a device putting into operation the lifting lugs (21) on each number, corresponding to the number of the strand sections deposited on the collected cylinder (19) one after the other, of revolutions of the collect cylinder (19) in the vicinity of the belt length (31) partly trained around the latter.

Bei einer Vorrichtung zur Herstellung von aus Strangabschnitten (1a, 1b bzw. 2a, 2b) bestehenden, einen Innenteil (1) und einen hinsichtlich Material, Farbe etc. hiervon abweichenden Außenteil (2) aufweisenden Falzprodukten mit einem Aufnahmezylinder (7), der mit die auf ihm abgelegten Strangabschnitte haltenden, gesteuerten Greifern (12) und mit mit den Falzklappen (14) eines Falzklappenzylinders (15) zusammenwirkenden Falzmessern (13) versehen ist und an dem eine ihm die den Außenteil (2) bildenden Strangabschnitte (2a, 2b) zuführender, einen dem Falzklappenzylinder (15) vorgeordneten, vorderen Umfangsabschnitt (5) umschlingende Bandführung (3) und eine ihm die den Innenteil (1) bildenden Strangabschnitte (1a, 1b) zuführender, einen dem vorderen Umfangsabschnitt (5) vorgeordneten, hinteren Umfangsabschnitt (6) umschlingende Bandführung (4) anliegt, läßt sich dadurch eine universelle Verwendbarkeit zur Herstellung verschiedenartiger Produkte erreichen, daß im Bereich der vorderen, die den Außenteil (2) bildenden Strangabschnitte (2a, 2b) führenden Bandführung (3) ein synchron mit dem Aufnahmezylinder (7) laufender Sammelzylinder (19) angeordnet ist, der von einer Banderstrecke (3b) der zugeordneten Bandführung (3) teilweise umschlungen ist und an dessen Stelle die andere Bänderstrecke (3a) der zugeordneten Bandführung (3) unterbrochen ist und der mit die ihm zugeführten Strangabschnitte (2a, 2b) haltenden, gesteuerten Greifern (20) und mit diesen zugerodnteen, gesteuerten Aushebezungen (21) versehen ist, und daß eine die Aushebezungen (21) bei jeder der Anzahl der auf dem Sammelzylinder (19) aufeinander abgelegten Strangabschnitte entsprechende Anzahl von Umdrehungen des Sammelzylinders (19) im Bereich der diesen teilweise umschlingenden Bänderstrecke (3a) aktivierende Einrichtung vorgesehen ist.
